• Verified proper site pictures are available for design team, ensure install is complete according to the plans. If there is any change during the install, then communicate with design and survey team to eliminate those issues for the future projects.

• Served as a primary-point-of-contact between design team and client, managing complex projects like solar patios, metal roofs and ground mounts and ensure project is within budget and schedule.

• Verify PV design, BOM and Work Orders are upto date and make sure all-important information is communicated to the installation department before the project is scheduled for installation.

• Coordinated with city inspections to gather new city requirements and timely provide that information to the design department to implement those requirements.

• Analyzed issues why the service has been requested after installation and provide possible solution to operations team on how the issue can be resolved for the future projects.

• Utilizing resources of the team members for permitting, interconnections and HOA departments and ensure departments are updating their documents if there is any change in requirements from city and utilities.

• Ensure costs on the work orders are updated by clients if any additional any extra work is requested by client or the homeowner for the solar project.

• Liason between the accounting department and the client and ensure partner’s new contract requirement is implemented across each department.

• Developed new dashboard and processes for the departments on smartsheets so they can easily track the phase of each project.

• Identified sub-contractors and requested bids from the contractors to complete the project. Reviewed quotes from subcontractor with the team and then prepared an estimate document for the client.
