I have more than 25 years in construction in different level such as Plumber, Electrician, framer, Supervisor, and Sub-Contractor. I have more 17 years of Building Maintenance Apartment as Superintendent, Service manager, and stationary engineer within the State of New-Jersey as well as Austin Texas. I have experience in servicing mechanical and electrical residential and industrial utilities such as; refrigerator, dishwasher, air conditioner, ironer, washer and dryer and more. I worked with community manager balancing budget to reduce expenses as of maintaining the property.
As service supervisor I attended 90% of company events and earned awards from community and Corporate Office events. I also received positive feedback from residents and encouraged my team members of what to do for positive feedback from residents. I also make all efforts to keep yearly training up to date and monitor my team members training with the assistance of my community manager.
