Gas Dehydration Unit:

Familiarization of gas dehydration unit normal startup and normal shutdown of gas dehydration unit. Handling of inlet coalesces separator or dehydration inlet scrubber, glycol dehydration contacts tower, glycol overhead scrubber, and gas / glycol heat exchanger (Tube and Shell type), monitoring and controlling of contactor pressure, glycol level and temperature, flow rate of lean glycol troubleshoot attending of dehydration unit. Glycol Regeneration Unit:

Handling of Re-boiler (kettle type and Fire Tube Re-Boiler Type), Lean /Rich glycol heat exchanger (Tube and Shell Type), glycol storage or surge tank, operation of booster pump and glycol re-circulation pump, operation of three phase glycol flash drum, glycol filter, carbon filter, reflux coil, still column, stripping column, and monitoring and controlling of stripping gas flow, blanket gas for glycol flash drum, maintaining of Re-boiler temperature and glycol pH value.

Produce water treatment unit:

Operation and maintenance of Hydro-cyclone separator, Water Skimmer, Reject oil pump, backwash of hydro-cyclone, handling of Crude condensate Drum (CCD) and CCD pump. Collecting of overboard water sample for analyzing of oil content in disposal water Maintaining of overboard sample 40 ppm. Station Handling of Produce water 22,000 BBLS/Day Wellhead Operation and Maintenance:

Wellhead operation in well head cluster and unmanned platform for individual well testing based on the use of 3 and 2 phase test separator, Well Equalizing, Optimization, Activation, and Experience in Gas Lifting, Water Injections, ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) and Disposal wells.

Pigging Operation :

Monthly and quarterly as per plant operating piggong oil & gas line and water line all type of pigging operation.
