Director of Quality & Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S)

Served as liaison between manufacturing and purchasing to secure compliance with product specifications. Responsible to ensure EH&S compliance with company/regulatory programs/policies.

Spearheaded $7.5MM in customer claim reductions from 2019 to 2021, following comprehensive root cause analyses and countermeasures.

Developed protocols to ensure compliance with CDC standards, which enabled 85% manufacturing capacity throughout COVID 19 Pandemic.

Developed/executed fast-response system that identified and responded to customer rejection trends, which resulted in 65% reduction in customer returns over a one-year period.

Increased OEM sales customer base (Volkswagen, BMW, and GM) by $250MM by reengineering flexible manufacturing process for improved throughput.

In response to “Smart Valve’s” non-compliance with customer requirements, developed multi-site redundant testing capabilities that provided quicker quantitative data to benchmark product performance and identify design enhancement opportunities. This enabled timely launch of the product without financial penalties.
