Responsible for overseeing the delivery of professional services to customers across multiple projects. Develop/maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfacton and to manage expectations. Establish project schedules and ensure timely deliver of milestones. Tracking of Professional Services Saves and the production of monthly live webinars. Served as the first point of contact for all patients and providers. Answering mulitline phones and scheduling patients for four seperate providers using electronic medical records software.

Managing multiple provider calendars.

Responsible for Insurance verification, explanation and billing. Collection of co-pays via cash, credit card and checks. Reconciliation of daily and weekly deposits.

Organization and implementation of front office practice procedures for all providers. Stayed current on all HIPAA laws and Medicare billing procedures. Attended weekly staff meetings and monthly training. Responsible for on-boarding new staff.

Responsible for upkeep of office appearance.

Served as the first point of contact to all patients over the phone and in person. Provided all scheduling for two doctors.

Insurance billing, explanation and verification for all insured patients. Collection of all payments and coordination of Oregon Workers Compensation claims and auto injury claims. Responsible for maintenance and filing of all patient records. Responsible for upkeep of the front office.
