Over the last 20+ years I’ve held various roles in finance and accounts from preparation of financials in my initial years to an internal auditor. Grew up in Kota (India) and studied at Sophia Convent School. Completed my Chartered Accountancy (CA) -2003 from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with an All India Rank at a young age of 22. I had always been interested in Legal and secretarial compliance and completed my Company secretary Course (CS) from ICSI in 2008 from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Thereafter I developed interest in Costing and Analytics and completed my ICWA- Inter course from Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India .
Moved to the US California- San Ramon in July 2022 with my family . I was always curious to know about US GAAP and Regulation so I got myself enrolled for CPA course. Within a short period of 4 months I cleared all 4 sections of CPA ( Certified Public Accountants ) course in mid December 2022 along with working full time. As an Internal auditor I am responsible for ensuring accurate accounting throughout the year.
