My duties here were to answer phone calls and help people on how to get there unemployment. I also managed phone calls with agitated people who were in a rough time in there life due to the loss of jobs from the covid -19 I helped set there accounts up, get there claims, and also help people find out of there was any fraudulent thing happening with there accounts.
