Duties and responsibilities
- Amendment of customer profiles in the system authorized by the head office
- Authorising of customer refunds for returns.

are allocated correctly and that all follow ups are done on all arrear accounts.

Duties and responsibilities
- Payments preparation through compiling spreadsheets for invoices to be paid and loading of
payments into the bank and allocating them to each supplier once paid
- Preparation of creditors and debtors’ reconciliations to the Head Quarters

- Responsible for and in charge of forex currencies used by the staff on foreign travel. Responsible
for reconciling forex cash used to supporting documents as provided by the staff when returning
from overseas travel.
