*Escrow Assistant:

Maintaing files, creating correspondence and organizing paperwork, opening up escrows, taking deposits and funds to close, reviewing funding pkgs and balancing with the Lender, Ordering Hazard Ins, Payoffs, HOA. Closing out the files once they funded.

*Funder:

Maintain production levels with top 5% of the department during periods of peak volumes

Establishes and maintains broker and escrow / branch relationships, while guaranteeing timely customer service

Conducts detailed financial analysis of loan terms and required collateral, and compiles summary of financial requirements / consults with underwriter, processor, and broker regarding loan perameters

Analytical review of all applicable contracts and reports, while verifying reported findings of appraisals

Responsible for coordination, compilation, and distribution of outgoing wired funds to applicable financial institutions

Review of underwriting / funding conditions, and verification / review of all required zoning certificates

Review signed documents for accuracy, signed off on final conditions received, prepared loans for funding

Tracks communication and documentation received to ensure all requirements and objectives are met

Proactively works to rectify loan deficiencies when applicable

Document drawing / Funding for FHA, VA, Conventional, Correspondent, and CalFHA loans

Manages pipeline and rate expiration reports, and communicates with all parties to prevent addition fees, if possible

Meets commitment dates for shipping closed loans to corporate office or servicing / investment companies
