*Escrow Assistant:
Maintaing files, creating correspondence and organizing paperwork, opening up escrows, taking deposits and funds to close, reviewing funding pkgs and balancing with the Lender, Ordering Hazard Ins, Payoffs, HOA. Closing out the files once they funded.
