Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) is one of the largest agencies in state of Delaware that provides services in the areas of public health, social services, developmental disabilities, long-term care, visual impairment, aging and adults with physical disabilities, state service centers, management services, financial coaching, and Medicaid and medical assistance

Act as project lead and managed DHSS’s SNAP Outreach Implementation Project. Assesses impact of proposed rules on current operations financially and programmatically. Assists as consultant, coordinator/project liaison for special programs/projects. Assists in executing a communication and change management strategy in support of project execution and rollout.

Developed reasonable goals to meet management expectations; appropriately manage deadlines; develop project milestones; and manage both human and material resources.

Creates SNAP program plan to include budget expense/expenditures for all eligible vendors. Completes a narrative report quarterly and annually about the progress of the SNAP Outreach Program.

Essentia Health Cloud Migration Project: Led and managed Health’s migration team to implement a secure send application (this is an application that users use to send and receive secure messages and files from on Prem to Azure Cloud).
