I am the Property Manager for 4 different properties; one in Texarkana, Nash, Wake Village and one in Hooks, TX. I oversee the day to day maintenance and upkeep of all properties, and take care of the needs of my tenants. My duties include but are not limited to: Collecting rent and other fees tenants incur, Paying property expenses, Overseeing all business accounts, paying all vendors and property bills and making all deposits, working with the Housing Authority and Ar Tex Counsel of Governments to assist tenants with assistance, hiring, managing, training, firing all employees, Making and implementing weekly goals for maintenance and construction/make ready team, overseeing remodeling, Lead on all construction, Taking care of the pools per the Texas Administrative code, Certified pool operator, overseeing grounds maintenance, Keeping up with employees time, and turning it into payroll, Meeting with potential tenants, showing apartments, tenant screening, and helping them through the rental process including move in and move-out procedures, assessing and reimbursing deposits, inspecting unit upon moveout and arranging any repairs or upkeep as needed, and investigating and resolving property complaints and investigating violations. I handle any issues on the owners behalf, handle collections and evictions. We use the Buildium and Bluemoon software, and I have also used Appfolio and Onesite. This is a small company owned by my ex-husband.
