Communicate frequently with physician patients’ moods, issues with side effects, social and behavioral changes as they arise. Call-in medication refills to pharmacy for physician. Daily communication with hospitals (for medical records), outpatient facilities, group homes, social workers, and families.

Serve as Intake Coordinator; verify insurance, schedule appointments, enter all data into electronic medical record, assist patients in obtaining insurance, medications from pharmaceutical companies that offer Patient Assistant Programs (PAP) for those low or no income patients who otherwise have no resource in obtaining medication.
