Hello, My name is Lance Quick. I have been Self employed Since I was 17. I’m Fortunate enough to Have 3 very successful & profitable Companies. I’m also a very Hard working and intellectual person. I was in charge & Made all Decisions over several hundred, even probably closer to the thousands of Very expensive, to multi-million dollar remodels that I made sure was done correctly. Whether doing a new construction job or Remodelling a building, it’s most important to make sure you have everything on point throughout the entire job. Doing 1 step at a time as so not to overlook anything about the project. I always put the needs of my customers & clients first, Closely followed by my employees.

I have several years experience in Brand Development, Brand Management as well as All types of Advertising & Marketing Campaigns. Online and in print or Tv. I also have been known to make a few commercials for Advertisement for the company, showing off the most amazing projects People as well as the process so the person who you are dealing with is in tune with the way I am as far as being a perfectionist. Someone who takes amazing pride in their own work and the work of those under my tutelage. I always put the same Care, Consideration & Exercise in exceeding the expectations of the client while all OSHA and national building codes as well as local structural codes are being met.

I have Designed Directed & Produced commercials in TV & Radio, I have also developed advertising campaigns, Slogans, & occasionally a jingle I have a lot of experience in Building an Online presence, in print,

& on Television or other online Avenues.

I Have throughout most of my career been in a position of power, but as a start-up company, I would do most any type of work that needed to be done. I am a very Professional, Intelligent, Hardworking, Loyal and sincere person who generally has no problems in any C-Class executive Position nor problems handling any Superintendent, Advisory, or Management position.

I have a little over 25 years of Running a Company in Any C-Class Executive Office. I would do whatever I had to do for the absolute growth of my Companies. I’d be Honored to have the same chance to Do the same thing for your Company. I’m a Very humble man, Quiet,Love to marry my work. I do however command the same Respect of the Employees that are in a position under mine, as I show them.

I follow the Rules and I don’t take shortcuts to make it a shoddy project, I am however able to foresee the near future and present to the customer just how long it will take.

When I started My Contracting company at 17 years old, I had less than $2000.00 to purchase the tools, equipment, buy the licence and I did My own LLC articles of incorporation.

I had absolutely no Outside help, My First start-up was ADC. I made it into a multi-Million dollar company within 5 years. The second one was a bit longer, although I believe it grew fine. Just different than the contracting business, Due to the nature of the financial services I offered and the people who resided in the advertising area.

Quick Investments is a completely different industry which Gave me more in-depth knowledge of people and a great overall experience. Not to mention that the money did finally come in!

The invaluable knowledge of the financial industry and what it entails to the lay- person, is like speaking Japanese to a Spanish person. Most of the time I just didn’t see reason to get to deep into the symantics of The markets, trading index or analysis of a certain stock or IPO.

I enjoy & understand the work, so I can explain it to our employees or to accentuate team work To speed up the process, To Which is The backbone of any good Company foundation.

I feel By Promoting teamwork & keeping morale up, it is the deciding factor that makes a huge, Very important difference between a mediocre company and an amazing, Money making, Thriving business. Although it may seem as though Every other company is hiring or has a help wanted sign posted in plain sight. Its Funny to see, but extremely frustrating that although I can and am qualified for about any career opportunity I put my mind to, none of them seem to actually be hiring I’m not sure If it’s a new Strategy for the H.R. Dept. or if someone just decided that was going to be the best fit for the Job seeker vs. The Unemployment rate the country has to deal with As far as I’m concerned, I’m Here For You, I will always give 110% to your Company and my career for life!

I’m very Professional, Intelligent, Funny, Hardworking, Punctual, Self Starter,With at least 1 or 2 always reliable vehicles, Also I will be happy to offer up my 2000 Ford f350 6spd man. Built 7.3 powerplant at almost 525 cubic inches, I’m looking for that last career that will take me to my retirement. IF I DECIDE TO RETIRE That is.

I'm still trying to get the Contracting business sold as to be able to focus on more important things. I've also been a Stock Trader & advisor for almost as long as I have been designing and building homes and commercial projects. I don't mind being in the advisory or focus group or panel to help the project at hand go as smooth and overhead free as possible,

Truthfully will say that I don't know if there are too many people who are master Builders and Stock market advisor 's and also provide a valuable insight to the company of which the person or people are interested in. I'm working on getting a home remedy tweaked a little bit, which dries up all of the Weeds above. I'm going through the process of creating the best of the best as far as allowing the best topical cream for poison ivy, etc... also if I have the formula correct I should be able to also use it for drying out psoriasis and maybe relief of shingles and chicken pox.
