1)POOR EATING HABITS IN CHILDREN, 3-16 YEARS OF AGE Pir Mahal, Pakistan

A self-invested research project, conducted in different areas of Toba Tek Singh with a population size of 500, Leading as a Researcher & Co-Author: December 2021 – February 2022

– Etiology Identification: Assessed that the children living in this area were all addicted to junk foods due to the availability of financial resources. 15.20% of these children were obese, 44.40% were underweight, 11.80% were stunted, and 36.60% of them were suffering from micronutrient deficiencies (MNDs).

– Nutritional Counseling: Supervised, instructed and executed one-on-one counseling sessions for all the children along with their parents and organized and facilitated training sessions for teachers so they can keep a follow-up check in on lunch practices of these children.

2)Researcher on project “Screening of diabetes, eating and sleeping disorders and hormonal imbalance in Day & Night shift University Security guards” at Minhaj University Lahore.
