Summary:
I have mainly worked in the warehousing and production fields. My most recent job was at Mars Pet Care. I started off as a line operator and was responsible for settling up production lines and making sure bags were filled at the right speeds and proper volume and weights. Duties: Material handler, dumper/stacker, forklift operator, load/unloading of
trailers, production of / actual batching of food products, the distribution of
said products, quality checking, the use of FIFO, GMP's and guidelines for
production under BRC standards. I personally produced and batched salad dressings
and specialty sauces for a vinegar plant. I operated the machinery for
manufacturing the product. We utilized a Lazy Susan turntable that fed bottles
(glass and PET containers). They were pushed through a bottle inverter while being
air cleaned with a Bevco bottle blower then conveyor fed to automated fillers that
the operator set up based on certain specifications like weight and volume. They
were capped/sealed manually and with the use of Torque guns. Then manually
sleeved/labeled, heat treated, manually inspected, packed and palletized. I also
was involved in and in charge of feeding production lines with different types of
vinegars with the use of high pressure transfer hoses and automated transfer lines.
We also cleaned and inspected the lines and clean/sanitized the system with use of
different chemicals called C.I.P (Clean In Place).

I was responsible for the operations at our public storage warehouse. I oversaw up

setting up warehouse geography (locations, bays, etc.) I, at times, worked directly
