● Customer service – provided support to airline/airport customers before a flight and after a flight. Also helped with reservations, processing boarding passes and managing check-ins.

● Check in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates.

● Line Monitor – Made sure people were lined up to board their destination and if questions were asked, and answered inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares and other questions as the raised.

● Wheelchair runner – help elderly people get to their dentition on the airport stress free so they would have a wonderful experience at the airport and boarding their flight Education
