Two years’ experience as JLL Chief Engineer of a 6-person maintenance team of two commercial building properties.

Three years’ experience as CBRE Chief Engineer of a 12-person maintenance team of a multiple commercial buildings.

Fifteen years’ experience in electrical, plumbing, wall repair, flooring, HVAC repair, dock door, entrance door and window repair, roofing repair as a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technican.

Two years’ experience as an IBEW Union Helper in Industrial maintenance at gas and oil-fired power plants.

Two years’ experience a ride technician at a major theme park.

Two years’ experience as a maintenance technician at a meat packing plant.

Eleven years’ experience in various positions and leadership roles in the U.S. Army; achieving the rank of Captain/O-3.

Previous experience in retail sales management.
