Job Profile:

Overall responsibility of the day to day operations.

Compliance with all SOP’s of Sandoz Private Limited.

Checking the statutory licenses like Drug licenses, Food Licenses, Trade licenses etc., once in a month and reporting to CFA Manager, in case any licenses are to be renewed.

Public Relations – attending parties & field force queries and solving them instantly under intimation and guidance of CFA Manager.

Goods Receipt entries are to be taken in SAP on the same of day of receipt of goods physically.

GRN entry must be made within 24 hours and it should not be delayed under any circumstances.

Entering Saleable/Expiry returned goods in system and raising Credit Notes.

Generating sales reports and forwarding to Field personnel

Generating monthly reports and forwarding to HO.

Ensuring physical stock verification is done on daily basis for the products dispatched on that day and 100% stock checking once in a month immediately after completing the dispatches for the month.

Ensuring infrastructure is well maintained – including but not limited to - Cooling units, Computers, Temperature Monitoring equipments, Pest control etc& report to HO and superior in case of any issues. Ensure validity of Annual Maintenance Contracts.

Responsible for the daily management of all onsite pharmacy staff.

Assigns, prioritizes, and evaluates the work of others.

Maintains records of all transactions of the pharmacy necessary to ensure accurate control over and accountability for all drugs as required by applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.

Maintains accurate and detailed records of all prescription transactions.

Accepts final accountability for all actions, decisions, and results of the pharmacy Monitors and maintains strict oversight and dispensing of controlled substances.

Monitors and oversees all Inventory functions.

Responsible for Screening new prescriptions & Quality Assurance on all new & refill orders.

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing dispensing and shipping of all orders.

Responsible for overseeing daily management and adherence of cold chain specialty meds requiring refrigeration and shipping, meet specific manufacturer storage & shipping guidelines.

Responsible for checking all internal monitoring equipment per SOP.

Responsible for creating, modifying and enforcing SOP’s for job functions.

Acts as a role model to the pharmacy team, efficiently handles clients complaints; and directs pharmacy operations to deliver high quality customer care.

Making bookings and reservation in different hotels as per the customer request.

Sending reservation request to the hotels and follow up with the confirmation.

Handling payment by cash or credit card

Recapping of events with sales information and overall event description

Product promotion/demonstration

Train and manage staffers during event execution

Manage logistics and implementation of national experiential marketing campaign

Assist TM in supervising entire set up/tear down process
