I'm currently looking for my next challenge. I have 9+ years of tech recruiting and engagement management, working as a trusted advisor providing white-glove experiences to clients and candidates. I'm happy both as an individual contributor and as a leader of a team. I enjoy working with ambiguity and multiple high-impact, high-paced projects. Clients have included Series A and Series B tech start-ups, as well as publicly traded tech corporations. Many of the clients I have had went on to successful exits partly as a result of my efforts. My top priority is empathy. It leads all of my efforts because I believe that it is the key to collaboration and learning what my clients and team members need to reach success. Without empathy, you can't really assess spoken and unspoken needs. Brookes Publishing Co. - Book Production Editor I was responsible for each book manuscript from the time it was complete and in-house until it came back from the printer, which involved editing, interior book design, and directing the work of independent contractors (indexers, proofreaders, copy editors). I typically worked on about 10 manuscripts a year. Brookes publishes mostly academic works about children and adults with disabilities. It heavily influenced my commitment to diversity and inclusion.
