Increased profitability by 8 points through implementation of standardized scheduling and COGS management systems, reducing both expenses across all units. Accountable for a combination of corporate and franchised locations in multiple markets across the Mid-Atlantic and Texas. Developed a standardized, modular training program and implemented criteria for certifying training managers, developing training locations in each market. Increased CP by an average of 8% in the Mid-Atlantic through standardizing the menu offering and execution. Transitioned multiple units from franchised into corporate locations.

$36MM across three terminals in Newark Liberty International Airport. Full responsibility for FOH and BOH operations.
