Oversaw the day-to-day management of all project personnel matters and ensured all program hiring and personnel management actions and benefits conform to DT GLOBAL’s policies, best practices, USAID rules and regulations, and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Managed the SWIM recruitment processes per DT GLOBAL’s guidelines to ensure program employees are fully capable of meeting the requirements of their respective positions.
