Contract Facilitation and Customer Service Support Experience

●Managed and processed contracts for new individual providers in Kitsap and Pierce Counties and was the main point of contact.

●Provided agency interpretation and used knowledge of laws, regulations, and processes to resolve inquiries and complaints.

●Answered calls, questions, and complaints regarding the contracting process.

●Provided applicants with contact information for other agencies or departments to obtain licenses, certifications, legal forms, or other applicable documents necessary for contracting with DDA.

●Entered all client application information from all Region 3 counties into CARE (data entry) and prepared working files for Intake and Eligibility Case Resource Managers. Prepared client information and documents for Administrative Hearings.

Background Check Facilitation and Processing Experience

●Responsible for entering all application information into a web-based Background Check System.

●Retrieved fingerprint appointment forms and mailed to applicants, and also prepared notification letters for individual providers who were disqualified based on background check results.
