Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish inventory controls (Item management in CMMS, Min/Max Levels, Cycle Counts, usage reports, etc.).

• Manage and maintain lifecycle of MRO spare parts (item creation, ordering, receiving, kitting, issuing/returns, obsolete) in CMMS.

• Assist with implementation of new technologies for inventory management including scanners and bar codes.

• Operate within the bounds of the company’s compliance system – continually look for improvement to systems and make recommendations.

• Work closely with R&O material and engineering teams to establish best practices and robust processes between the two organizations.

• Accuracy & attention to detail when working towards tight deadlines.

• Manage all purchasing (not including office supplies).
