• Responsible for designing and developing competitive channel strategies and marketing programs to grow a $300M business channel, identifying key performance indicators to measure overall financial performance with each partner.

• Develop data-driven campaigns utilizing market analysis to identify high propensity partner targets.

• Restructure integrated strategies, plans, and programs to optimize channel program effectiveness, enhance productivity, and maximize ARR, including a channel partner lead gen program that generated $16M ARR in H1 2022, highest to date.

• Worked exclusively with Head of EMEA promote to regional strategic growth initiatives, including the Vonage Reseller Program launch, to increase market share in the global sector.

• Develop the global channel go-to-market strategy, budget planning and forecasting to best allocate the annual budget among lead generation programs, industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and partner roadshows.
