• Fast learners of computer systems used to check flights, book hotels for customers. ● Aircraft cleaning

• Before anyone could board the plane, I would clean each aisle, seat, doors, and bathrooms. ● Board Passengers

• Once all duties have been completed and the ground ops give the “okay”, I board each group at a time and check everyone's boarding pass

Customer service was a big part of this job, managing people and their flight needs helped me learn the important aspects of customer service.

Activities

Involved in crewing for hot air balloons, the most recent was the Animas Valley Balloon Rally held in Durango Colorado. I’ve also crewed for Chick Fil A’s hot air balloon; it is something I enjoy because not only do you get to bring joy to people you also get to learn something new and pass it on to someone else. I practice holistic health to better myself individually and the people in my life. I am a big nature fan; I love to spend my time outdoors.
