Objective;

To use my extensive experience both as a player,high school and college basketball,

and as a Head Varsity coach at three ( 3 ) different high schools in the Metro Detroit.

My background is well suited to teach, motivate, instruct and mold a very solid and

competitive team in either boys or girls basketball. My attention to the finer points and

stressing the fundametals are key to molding a competitive team.

Qualifications;

Received over 15 scholarshipoffers to various colleges and universities.

Started both years at Oakland Community College. ( 2 year college ).

Selected to the All Tournament Team in the Mid-West Regional Playoffs. 8 teams

Selected to the All Tournament Team at the Vincennes,Ind. First year. 8 teams.

Have coached and directed ( 3 ) different high school teams.

Over 20 years experience playing, coaching and teaching basketball !

Expeience;

Head Varsity women's coach at Farmington Hills Harrison, high school 2 years.

Head Varsith boy's coach at Walled Lake Western, high school 2 years.

Head JV coach at Garden City high school,6 years.

Assistant Varsity basketball coach at Garden City high school 6 years.

Affiliations;

Bill McCartney - Bill coaches at the University of Michigan for 10 years. He was the

Defensive Coordinator for Bo Schembecchler. Later Was Hired at Colorado University.

Glenn Donahue - Glen wasa outstanding coach in the Detroit are basketball scene. He

coached at Highland Park Community College for many years. His teams were always

ranked in the top 15 of the NJCAA league. I played against two of his best team at OCC.

we split our 4 games.

Tom McPhillips - Tom was my college basketball coach at OCC. He was a brillant coach

and taught offense and defense like none other. I played and started for two years under Tom.
