Spearheaded marketing communications for the university’s freshman orientation program through the COVID-19 pandemic when the entire month-long process was transitioned to an online-only process overnight. As a result of the culmination of hard work across various teams, the university benefitted from just a 3 percent drop in enrollment.

Created a new project management workflow for the entire University Communications and Marketing department based on skills learned in Kaizen, Lean and Project Management training.

Led the team and came up with the creative concept for a new student conversion campaign called Destination Kent State. Wrote copy and provided creative direction for all collateral material.
