Fluor Government Group LOGCAP IV TO5 JUL 2010 -2012

• Manage a skilled technical team of personnel across 16 Forward Operating Bases in all Maintenance, Procurement, Scheduling, Materials and Logistics.

• Plan, organize, and lead day to day activities of the Maintenance department. Ensure timely maintenance procedures in order to sustain high performance levels critical for mission capability.

• Maintain and account for all Administrative Change Letters (ACL’s), Letters of Technical Direction (LOTD’s), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) from the Military Administrative Contracting Officer to ensure departmental compliance. Implement training requirements and monitor employee performance.

• Establish production standards, monitor compliance, and recommend operational improvements.

• Ensure all records and trainings are up-to-date in accordance with Military and Fluor guidelines.

• Monitor and evaluate employees to ensure service compliance of departmental safety policies.
