I am extremely goal oriented which has allowed me to be successful in positons as a FOH/BOH employee as well as a manager. I have held positions in the food service field in everything from, a greeter to a host, a cashier to a server, and also a manager. My ability as a cook has allowed me to expand my ability in creative ways allowing me to think out of the box and create new and interesting dishes.
