• Working incoming checks for payment of invoices from Acquirers/Issuers for monthly billing services and enter into a tracking spreadsheet. This tracking sheet is shared with all of the Finance Department to clear invoices within the general ledger.

• Track, order and deploy test cards to Account Executives to send to clients, domestic and foreign which requires organization and the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Special projects as assigned by Department Manager, Team Leader and/or assisting other departments within the Network

• Process Levy/Garnishments received from various Government offices including the IRS. This required searches, responses and holding funds for merchant accounts to satisfy levies on taxes owed.

• Enter adjustments and bank changes submitted by other departments.

• Taking minutes at unit meetings and creating meeting notes to be sent out to high level areas.
