Responsibilities include routine maintenance repairs and PM routes on rotating equipment plant wide. Responsible for filling out all proper repair forms to be copied and filed and original copy turned in for maintenance management and reliability records and reviewing. Equipment worked on include repairs on but not limited to vertical and horizontal over hung pumps, single and multi stage pumps (split case), reciprocating compressors (gas, air), gearboxes (high and low speed), steam turbines (single and multi stage split case). Task include removal of equipment from field, disassembly in shop, clean, inspection, tolerance measurement check and recorded, replacement of bearings and mechanical seals, re-assembly, and installation of pump, and laser alignment performed. Fan assembly repairs, including bearing replacement, sheave replacement, motor replacement, blade pitch adjustment for proper motor amperage rating. PM route responsibilities include oil level checks and changes as needed on rotating equipment and servicing seal pots. Greasing or replacement of autolubers on rotating equipment (motors, pumps, fan bearings). Condition management of bearing spike and velocity vibration readings on in service rotating equipment.

•Crane Operator certification (up to 15 ton fix cab)
