Duties and Responsibilities

Able to do the following procedures:

• IV Cannula placement, catheterization, Blood transfusion, Nebulization, Steam inhalation, Suctioning, Drug

administration, Oxygen administration.

• Child Immunization

• Handling medical emergencies like Cardio pulmonary resuscitation, and ventilator management of the critically ill.

• Maintenance of good Nurse-patient relationship.

• Check the patient’s vital signs every hour along with date & time. (BP, Temperature, Pulse and Respiration).
