Used bottom-up estimation method. The project included: quantity takeoff; quantity and cost of concrete, steel, wood, wall materials, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire.

Green building

Carried out the renovation of an old building into an energy-efficient building using energy conserving materials, roof plantation, and solar equipment.

Increasing the load bearing capacity of soil- The load bearing capacity of soil was increased by reducing the settlement by using Geogrid and innovative stone column instead of sand and cement. Result carried out using both the stone column, Georgia and sand, cement and the graphs were plotted regarding the settlement. By using innovative stone column and Geogrid the load bearing capacity of the soil was increased and thereby settlement was reduced.
