. Ensure that models and market ready apartments are walked daily and communicate any service- related needs to maintenance.

. Active in move- in and move-out procedures

. Follow up on any delinquent rent, prepare 5-day notices and file and prepare eviction procedure as necessary Supervise receiving and inventory control
