JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for safe start up, shutdown and emergency operation.

Controlling and maintaining process parameters as per technical requirement.

Identify and access plant operating problems and take suitable action to resolve problems quickly

SO2, Cl2, NH3 and turner operation safely handling

H2SO4, HCl, LDO and Furnace oil unloading and safely handling

Carrying out independently various adjustments, Line-up systems for day to day operational activities such as transfers, Addition of chemicals and diversion of product out atbattery limit

Monitoring & Maintaining of Process Parameters

Studied vaporizer operation and its safe handling technic, Also, handled for scrubber and absorption unit Operated valves, pumps and pneumatic controller system

Troubleshooting of the process operations during a power failure, instrument air failureand other utility failure

Coordinate with Technical and Maintenance Service Department for the smooth workingof the process plant

Coordinate activities in the field by communicating with control room.

Issuing work permits (Hot work, cold work, confined space entry and work at height)before the work begins and after ensures that the work is done safely and efficiently.

Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedure, work permit procedure

Ensure that the equipment and systems meet its specification by Functionality test andstartup.

Schedule and supervise equipment maintenance.

Following proper housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work area.

Keep maintaining shift reports and log book

Efficient coordination with other disciplines and project teams for the safe execution.

Knowledge of fire & Safety procedure. Experience in the operation of fire extinguishers using Foam, DCP, and CO2.
