Learning Management System (LMS): Primary User:

Courses: Create and maintain naming convention spreadsheet for all course titles, Create courses on LMS which include; title, description, evaluation, category, Add content to course (i.e. Evaluations, Course Content Forms, Description of the course).

Offerings: Create course offerings for training dates, Register and cancel learners, Close offerings: training hours, successful/non successful,

Reports: Run exception and compliance reports comparing expected attendees to those that have not attended training, Run reports by job title, Print daily attendance sheets for all trainings, Maintain spreadsheets to show who have and have not attend trainings, Run New Hire/Termination reports on a regular basis to keep CSSD Master List current, Create new training evaluations tailored to each training.

Help Desk: Receive and resolve help desk requests through remedy program, Help CSSD staff with LMS issues.

Camtasia: Assist in creating and editing training tutorials using Camtasia publisher software program, Provide voiceovers for Camtasia trainings for all disciplines.

Minutes: Take minutes for Training Academy Staff Meetings and all Training Advisory Committees

Graduations & Training Academy supported functions (coordination), Use Microsoft Publisher to create graduation programs, Create and print invitations, direction cards, RSVP Cards and envelopes, Create and send invitations to all staff and contractors and Maintain RSVP spreadsheet, Use Microsoft Word to create graduation diplomas and adjunct certificates, Take photos at event, Assist in catering planning, Assist in room setup for day of event, Notify graduates of all information for that day, Hand out programs at the graduation, Assist in run through of graduation ceremony, Assist caterers the day of the event with set up and clean up.
