I work in a Call center environment where I activate GM, Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac vehicles for
Onstar. Professional, articulate and must meet metrics for daily sales quota. I'm also being trained in the member services team, assisting customers with navigation, preparing roadside tickets all inquiries. I also joined several other Departments, Test & Learn team where we test out new processes before providing to the whole call center to see how the new process works out.
