Responsible for all turnaround planning, execution and capital projects Head Off Integration plan and activates within the FCCU/ 4 Steam Plant Units. Duties included planning first quartile Solomon (42 days) FCCU/4 Steam Plant major complex turnaround and four minor shutdowns within the Liquid Recovery Unit (LRU), CAT POLY Units and GAS Plant Debutanizer Tower, CT015/15A Cooling Towers. Responsible for $65,450,000 budget and peak head count of 725 per shift.

Additional duties including the training and mentoring of junior planners in the development TCP (Turnaround Common Practice) & newly implemented Global TAR Common Procedures, and the FEL process (Front End Loading) activities. Duties also included mentoring Junior Planners with their assigned Shut down and Routine TAR Planning and execution of these Turnarounds.

FCCU/4 Steam Plant major complex turnaround and four minor shutdowns within the Liquid Recovery Unit (LRU), CAT POLY Units and GAS Plant Debutanizer Tower, CT015/15A Cooling Towers. Major work in both Regenerator and Disengager, with high potential for cyclone sigma phase embrittlement. Responsible for $41,000,000 budget with a peak head count of 675 per shift.

Additional duties included:

Created a Material and Logistics Planning group to improve poor performance and reduce impact to turnaround upcoming FCC turnaround events.

Developing processes and procedures for turnaround planning and execution.
