Create and maintain employee databases related to date of appointment, current designation, department, location, grade, salary scale, promotions, increments, awards and recognitions.

Conduct Intern's drive for recruiting fresher’s

Ensuring smooth induction for new employees, through proper interface

Handling all HR related issues of employees by being first point of contact to understand their concerns and issues

Recommended training programs for Employees depending on their area of interest for new skills sets and new versions.

Coordinate the trainings with internal trainers to provide trainings basing on the need of exact requirements.

Managed separations involving coordinating with Accounts department for full and final settlement details of employees leaving the organization.

Handling exit clearance and exit interviews.

Recruitments

Hands-on experience in IT hiring, Handling all functions of Recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, facilitating technical interviews, negotiating salaries and following up till candidates have joined the company.
