I have excellent conflict resolution and customer service experience. I have received attended fair housing training and have a certificate of completion for that training. I have ten years of experience as a resident property manager st a property of 80 rv sites and 125 storage sites. I managed 3 to 4 employees consisting of an assistant manager and maintenance personnel. I maintained and operated a community swimming pool to county health department standards for the past ten years. I maintained good standing with the county and state requirements for weights and measures, (propane sales) water agency, fire codes, and other various inspections annually.
WORK EXPERIENCE
West Coast Mobile Home Parks., San Bruno, Ca 08/2012 - 01/2013 I was a resident property manager for this company in 2012 and helped in the transition to new owners when they property sold in 2014
Northwind Property Management, Santa Ana, Ca 08/2013 - 10/2014 I was a property manager for this company while the property was transitioning to new owners after the previous owner died unexpectedly. This was in 2013. Star Mobile Home Park Management, Loomis, Ca 08/2014 - 08/2020 I was a resident property manager for this company at the Loomis RV Park in Loomis CA for the past 7 years. I worked a total of 10 years at this property.
As the resident property manager at the Loomis RV park I handled all duties including rent collections and proration, evictions, utilities, move in and move outs, deposits and refunds, as well as reservations and cancellations of the campground sites.
I also handled propane sales,and Rv pump out station as well as a coin operated laundry facility. I was responsible for maintaining the pool to health department standards.
