• Supervises and trains personnel on setting tool assembly. Establish a redress sheet, inspection process, and document trail for each redress for customer quality tracking info. Create a informative training binder with redress and inspection procedures for each setting tool redressed at MOT.

• Orders HSTA and BSTA parts needed for setting tool product lines. Delegate and Perform Cycle counts on these product to keep inventory accurate. Establish min/maxes in fishbowl to reorder monthly orders for setting tool components.

• Processes customer field returns, meet with customer accept goods and fill out hand written return sheet, provide a copy to the customer. Pull initial sales order, create return sales order verify accuracy of credit issued, inventory returned, and opening packages to ensure the equipment complies with our quality standards and is resalable or rentable. Keeps returns caught up, organized and processed within 72 Hours.

• Institute, build and maintain a setting tool testing system with Test lab coordinate to test and document the tests on redressed setting tools.

• Establish a organized, labeled shelving system to house rental setting sleeve assemblies, parts and setting tools.

• Delegate and Perform Service area Cleanup, mop, trash duties with overall cleanliness of warehouse, and perform special tasks assigned.
