Sr. Corporate Recruiter for over 75 branches- *The Only In-house recruiter the company had until they sold the company to Kindred. After the company's sale, Kindred brought in over four recruiters from their corporate office to service the home health care and hospice company.

• Performing full-cycle recruiting: Posted positions, managing cost of ads, sourced. I identified candidates through social media, source job boards. I maintained jobs and kept them revised on job boards to keep the open reqs on top of the ad runs list. I did cold-calling, getting referrals from prospects, hired candidates, networking, scheduled interviews for upper management, worked directly with the hiring managers, and made hiring recommendations. I was responsible for an average of 120 open reqs a month, assessed salary trends helped negotiate offers, and support the onboarding with HR. Negotiated pricing on the IP test and was able to cut the cost per month by over 60%. One thing that was working well in getting candidates was our referral program. With a team effort, we were able to increase our hires to around 20%.

• Developed and maintained ongoing candidate pipeline and directing remaining processes to HR for the onboarding to ensure a complete hire. Stayed in communications with top talent to build interest to help develop relations to capture top talent for the company.
