Providing administrative support for senior staff in the Business Unit
Ensuring to promote effective support in terms of office management and smooth administration of day-to-day functions within the department.
Maintain an updated version of your Task Analysis, this includes links to processes and approved documentation
Coordinate and track courier activities for all local and regional shipments.
Ensure the escalation process is utilised in terms of the escalation policy and procedures per client

Maintain IMS - Update IMS / IOWA on all stock shipped with tracking ref numbers
Ensure that stock is shipped to the relevant Regions so that calls can be completed as per schedules
Minimise damage by ensuring that parts despatched from the national warehouse are packaged according to Freight Policy and the agreed methods to minimise damage and loss during shipment
Supporting senior staff as needed in monitoring project based timelines, budgets, and deliverables
The logistics assistant will support the Office manager and undertake any allocated tasks
Be responsible for assessing and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are maintained at an acceptable level
