Ensuring to promote effective support in terms of office management and smooth administration of day-to-day functions within the department.

Audit stock and ensure the objective to verify the stock at hand and that the processes and procedures have been followed at random intervals

Maintain IMS - Update IMS / IOWA on all stock shipped with tracking ref numbers

Ensure that stock is shipped to the relevant Regions so that calls can be completed as per schedules

Minimise damage by ensuring that parts despatched from the national warehouse are packaged according to Freight Policy and the agreed methods to minimise damage and loss during shipment

Supporting senior staff as needed in monitoring project based timelines, budgets, and deliverables

The logistics assistant will support the Office manager and undertake any allocated tasks

Be responsible for assessing and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are maintained at an acceptable level

Provide open and on-going communication in terms of logistics to ensure the success of the deliverables
