EXPERIENCE

Product Development Manager/ MGS Manufacturing,

Menomonee Falls, WI JANUARY 2018-PRESENT

I was afforded the amazing opportunity to step into an entrepreneurial role through MGS Manufacturing, allowing me to develop and brand my own product line. I assisted in the company’s relocation to a larger manufacturing facility, and set up the facility for process efficiencies. I worked alongside business partners in sourcing materials, and established vendors/ distributors in the system. Now that the business has moved past its infancy stage, I am ready to identify a long-term position that will provide both challenges and opportunities, allowing me to continue developing my skills and abilities. Site Manager / AECOM, Waukesha, WI AUGUST 2018 – MAY 2019 I stepped into a new contract through AECOM with Eaton Corporation. As an AECOM employee, I established and maintained strong client relationships across three local Eaton facilities while overseeing all maintenance responsibilities. During my time at AECOM, I onboarded more than fifty (50) employees in the areas of safety training, insurance, IT systems, maintenance inventory, and preventative maintenance optimization. I worked alongside my maintenance teams, identifying mechanisms for continuous improvements to their strategies and equipment efficiencies. I served as the direct line of contact between our client and AECOM executive management. References available upon request

Environmental Health & Safety Manager / Sandwich Bros of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI NOVEMBER 2018 – JUNE 2018 Where none existed previously, I created and implemented a Division of Health and Safety to comply with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations. I was tasked with remediating an existing, pending OSHA investigation for insufficient guarding, and successfully negotiated substantial savings in OSHA fines. I collaborated with my team to redesign internal systems for safeguards within the facility, eliminating the opportunity for future safety violations. I conducted facility-wide audits and developed plans to implement an Arc flash assessment, Machine guarding, LOTO, combustible dust, and others. I also managed site security and groundskeeping during my time with Sandwich Bros. Operations Manager / Renaissance Manufacturing Group, Waukesha, WI MAY 2015- NOVEMBER 2017

I managed a team of twenty (20) mechanics and five (5) electricians on equipment repair and maintenance. I strived for continuous improvement while implementing cost savings procedures. I created Predictive Maintenance Measures for the team, and developed metrics for measuring and tracking department success, along with areas for improvement. I managed, approved, and monitored all capital projects performed.

Maintenance Foreman / Bradley Corporation, Menomonee Falls, WI JULY 2007 – APRIL 2015

I was employed at Bradley Corporation for eight (8) years, seven (7) of which were as a Maintenance Foreman. During my tenure at Bradley, I received my Journeyman Card in Millwright and Machine Repair and served as the Safety Committee team leader and conducted preventative maintenance training throughout the department. I managed a maintenance team of fourteen (14) mechanics, and mentored leadership growth within the department. I was tasked with organizing and establishing the department’s yearly fiscal budget.
