Oversee labor relations work on the construction site and report to the project manager, the construction manager, and the project controls manager on related labor relations events.

b. Have total responsibility on labor relations on assigned construction project and report labor relations issues to both the project manager and the departments functional manager.

c. Serve and report to the construction manager for activities associated with labor relations issues between the trade workers and their employers and the functional/departmental construction manager for the quality of his/her work on labor relations on the project.

Implement a Site Safety Program and develop a clear understanding of safety responsibilities and specific duties for each foreman or supervisor. They must be knowledgeable about and responsible for complying with all laws and codes.
