PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Shah Arab Field is a large anticline oriented along a NE-SW axis, the new Shah Gas Development (SGD) facilities will be designed to process approximately 1,000 MMSCFD of feed gas. The new facilities under the SGD project are planned to be executed under 10 separate EPC packages. SAIPEM is the responsible contractor for the process package EPC-2 and Sulphur Recovery Package-3 of the Project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Established the Management Information System (MIS) of the entire project.

Interface with all the disciplines to get various deliverables.

Co-ordinate with all discipline QS to estimate the quantity for progress monitoring and accounting of subcontract

Follow up the project indicators such as, progress, quality certification, NCRs, on a weekly basis.

Monthly Submission of project indicators to client.
