Inventory:

Monitor all financial cost billing (FCB) and gross profit activities for a division. Provide accurate item cost on store inventories. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Review and finalize store physical inventory count results in Inventory Reconciliation System ensuring proper pending of charges/credits for accurate inventory and shrink valuations

• Identify and report out to sr. manager systemic, operational, and procedural opportunities that inhibit FCB gross profit accuracy.

• Over seeing a 3rd party inventory counting crew called RGIS and completing audits on their performance during physical inventory in store.

• Setting up FCB inventory through Kroger data base with correct departments depending on location of that store in each districts (5 total). This is then sent to our 3rd party for them to download to have the departments based on each store.

• Able to upload new BOH (balance in hand) based on what 3rd party counted during inventory.

• Assist management on how to verify the 3rd party inventory count on tablets, while also being able to make any corrections.

• Know the laws and regulations in each state of our districts that include: Nashville, Kentucky, Knoxville and Alabama.
