• ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, 22/7 enterprise is the pioneer of copper branch pipe for the Indian VRF industry, specializing in manufacturing both socket type and reducer type branch pipe for OEM after fitment industry.

• The company is the manufacturer of tee and reducers of copper as well as various types of copper branch pipe joints.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to plant head related to production activities like production reports, product parameters, Inspection of tools and level of inventory.

• Excellent knowledge in Planning of raw material, production, machines and manpower on the basis of forecasting, and executing the plan and monitoring the production line and process in order to optimize productivity by 4M on day to day basis.

• Review of Engineering drawings before execution of Jobs at shop floor, keep in check of all the critical aspects related to production process while executing the same and ensuring first time right.

• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly production planning based upon the requirements In order to get optimum utilization of resources and also in order to get on time delivery and also to meet daily and monthly production target.

• Planning of raw material and other consumable material in order to maintain the level of RM, semi finish, finished goods and PM to maintain MOQ as well as monitoring and analysis of the efficiency of the manpower, machines and productivity to get plan vs actual data and yield improvement.

• Ensuring equipment, tools and fixtures availability according to production plan with respect to machinery and also maintaining the spare list of machine parts to resist equipment/part failure during breakdown.

• Planning of PM of hydraulic machines and pneumatic machines and also analyzing the breakdown occurred during the production.

• Hands on experience in set up of hydraulic press and pneumatic machines and daily maintenance of the same in press shop.

• Carry out continuous improvement (KAIZEN) initiative in production process in order to increase yield and productivity, also Identify root causes for non-conforming issues and developing corrective action.

• Preparation of BOM and reviewing shop floor operation activities as per requirement of material to be dispatched like Present procedures, Pending Quality inspection, in house rejection and rework and clearance of the same and generating the MRM monthly based upon that data.

• Experience in installation of new machine and bring it into the running production with development of required die and tools and by developing SOP and work instruction.

• On job training of production team about the operation on new machines (SPM), dies and specific equipment, daily maintenance of the machine (CLIT), 5S, and safety on shop floor to maintain the workplace with respect to 3R and visual management.

• Maintenance of die and tool in order to minimize the rework and rejection ratio and also to reduce the machine wear and tear.

• Departmental interaction and coordination (CFT) to understand the exact requirements and specification of clients to develop NPD, also having knowledge of selection of process with die, tools and material to design NPD.

• Having knowledge of manufacturing tools like 5S, KANBAN, POKA YOKE, CAPA, OEE, etc.

• Adherence to standard operating procedure, work instructions to produce best finished goods.

• Periodic inventory verification against stock and reconciliation of material issued/consumed for production and available material in finished goods.
