ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT THE SITE

1. Provide HSE input to the location meeting.

2. Liaise with HSE Manager on any HSE concerns or failures that can’t satisfactorily be resolved by the location

3. To carry out monthly self-audit of the workplace to include work method, tools, equipment, and facilities.

4. To carry out HSE induction of new employees.

5. Communicate HSE instructions to employees

6. Coordinate, evaluate, and record fire drills and the inspection and testing of emergency equipment.

7. To assist in the incident/accident investigation. 8. Assist in the rehabilitation of any employee injury in or suffering ill-health from, a work- related situation.

9. To ensure all location equipment provided for purpose of HSE is regularly checked, adequately maintained, and fit for purpose.

10. To assist the Location Manager in carrying out a risk assessment of various activities carried out.
