Born in Los Angeles California, from an Israeli father and a Mexican mother, his cultural diversity has given him a natural ability for linguistics, speaking three languages since he was 2 years old. His love for music surges at the age of 14 when he starts to study under the teachings of Morelian master Hugo Rosales, a very well renowned pianist and choir director that won several world choir competitions with the Wikaarame choir from Cuauhtemoc city, Chihuahua. He starts his journey playing keyboard in several Christian churches. At age 16, he is attracted towards guitar and joins the guitar musical ensemble of his high school, competing with it and his own first band on a state level. At age 18 he takes part of the 2nd jazz festival hosted by the Faculty of Arts of the UACH (University of Chihuahua) taking master classes with the international guitarist Ilan Bar-Lavi (Israel-Mexico) that currently resides and works as a session musician in the city of New York. At age 21 he enters the ARPA academy in the city of Chihuahua, obtaining his first diploma acknowledging his completion of the basic musical theory courses offered there and would later serve him in his formation. At the age of 23 he start his studies in the Faculty of Arts of the UACH as a jazz guitar and opera singing major, obtaining his Bachelor’s degree. During his studies within the Faculty he was taught mainly by guitar master Gabriel Pena (one of the most acknowledged guitarists in the state) and with several singing teachers such as: Angel Garcia, Gustavo Flores, Ramon Farias, Bonnie McNaughton, and Manuel Castillo, with whom he finished the singing program. Always having a passion for linguistics, jazz, rock, acting, composing, teaching, conducting and opera, he has participated in several projects, from recording an EP with his original songs, to being part of multiple musical groups from different musical genres, being part of the choir and also soloist in the Faculty’s choir, the Conservatory’s choir, the choir of the Symphonic Orchestra of Chihuahua, and the opera company “Concertante”, performing concerts such as: “IberoAmerican Music”, the “Nelson mass” by Haydn, the “Gloria” mass by Vivaldi, Faure’s Requiem, “Stabat Mater” by Karl Jenkins, “Great choir selections from Operas”, and operas such as Puccini’s “La Boheme” (where he performed the role of Parpignol) and Donizetti’s “La fille du Regiment”. In 2018, he participated in the 2nd Opera Festival of San Luis Potosi where he took several masterclasses with international voice teachers such as; Armando Mora, Rogelio Marin, Andrew Stuckey, Linus Lerner, Charles Oppenheim, Maria Russo, and a few others. In said festival he also performed Mozart’s opera “Cosi fan tutte”. He participated in the contest “Chihuahua Awards 2019” in the area of Music with two original compositions (Mind’s echoes for vocal ensemble and piano, and Piano Sonata in G minor Op. 25). He later traveled to the city of Morelia to take private lessons with teachers from “Conservatorio de las Rosas” (considered to be the best music school of Mexico). In 2019 he performed as a soloist and also as the vocal director in a representation of the Broadway musical “The Lion King” with the theatrical company “Ritual productions”. During his studies in the Arts Faculty at UACH he also takes a singing course with Amy Shoremount, virtuoso soprano currently employed at the MET in New York. In 2020 he performed as the vocal director for the show “Concerto” for the ITCH (Technological Institute of Chihuahua). Later that year he also organized several singing recitals where he performed alongside with some singers from the Faculty such as; Loretto Guerrero, Rocio Herrera, Flor Fierro, Esmeralda Regalado, and pianist Armando Tarango (his accompanist during his understudy). In 2021 he performs the role of “Raoul” in a representation of the musical “The Phantom of the Opera” with the company “Broadway Dreams” and later the role of “Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson” in a representation of the musical “Hamilton” with the company “Elysian Arts”. In 2022, he appears as an extra (Hector the janitor) in the tv show “A tontas y a locas” by AEFE productions, planned to be released via the streaming platform of Netflix. Later that year he gets his protagonist debut with the role of “Daniel” in the theatrical play of “Suegra’s Barbara’s” of Hugo Daniel Marcos, adapted and directed by Juan Ramon Sandoval Herrera. He performs as an extra and as the secondary role of “Pielsen the waiter” in the independent film “Marcela”. In 2022, he debuts in the voice acting business, taking classes with renowned Mexican voice actors such as: Humberto Velez, Mario Castaneda, Eduardo Garza, Alejandra de la Rosa, Cony Madera, Juan Carlos Tinoco, Carla Cerda, a few others, getting roles dubbing for kids’ shows like “Super Zack” (animated Korean show) and “Jason Vlogs” (live action Australian YouTube channel).
